 Apart from beaches and water sports, Panglao Island itself has Hinagdanan Cave, usually quoted for swimming, but because of the resident bats the water is not too clean.There are the remains of old churches at Dauis and in Panglao Town.

On the mainland there are the Inambacan Waterfalls near Antequera (1 1/2 hr), which also has a good Sunday market. The oldest stone church in the Philippines is at Baclayon. Near Carmen are the famous Chocolate hills (2 hr), which are at their brownest between February and May.

Also you can visit the
smallest monkey in the world,
called Tasier.


There is an interesting river safari
up the Loay River from Loboc to
Busay
Waterfalls (1 1/2 hr), and
Bohol's forests are famoes for
butterflies from November to May, attracting many collectors from all
over the world.
